Using the original Inventory/Check-In which was compiled at the beginning of the Tenancy. the property will be carefully assessed, in order to make sure that it has been left in the exact condition as per Check-In (Keeping in mind the term of the contract, number of occupants, and fair wear and tear changes). A professional report will then be compiled and used for any disputes and deposit returns.
